My opinion for our program

The Step Up Programme was fantastic! Over the three days the campers were gone, it was AMAZING to see how many of us could work with other people they have never worked before or haven't worked together in a while. The chance we were given to step up was a great thing to go through as a team together. And the moments we communicated made it more easier for our team. 

I feel like one thing we need to work on to improve is the cup stacking game is because when people go up they feel like they're going to get run down by others who are in their team and they don't feel comfortable going up because they might be too scared and their feelings will be hurt I guess...
